Cousin "hot tub" time

The sink in my mom and dad's mudroom is the
perfect size and height for bathing the boys. My dad
calls it "hot tub time" because we get the water all
nice and warm and then throw a towel in the dryer
to get it all toasty warm, then when they are done
playing with all their toys (and the faucet) we put
them in the toasty towels and put them on the bed
and give them their baby lotion massages and then
put them in their jammies for their bedtime bottle.
It totally relaxes them and they sleep sooo good.

Lauer just hung out a little while after Dalton
got out to get his warm towel and lotion massage.

My Sweetheart!!

Look at all that blonde hair!

All the dark brown hair he was born with is gone
and now he's getting in lots of blonde hair. Jase was
pretty blonde as a baby and I was a very light brown.

The best snuggling time.

I give Lauer his night time bottle and after he falls
asleep I scoop him up onto my chest and snuggle
with him for a few minutes before I put him in his
crib. He's so wiggly now that this is the only time
I can snuggle up and love on him without getting
inadvertantly kicked or punched or head butted.
This kid is constantly moving!!

1st time "tractorin"

Jase took Lauer in the tractor with him to do some
gravel work. We thought he'd be afraid.....nope! We
had to pry his little hands off of the steering wheel! He
loved it! Jase just put his legs through the steering wheel
and he sat on it and tried to steer. He was just smiling
and laughing the whole time. I guess our worry of how Jason
will plow in the winter is solved, he can just take Lauer out with
him. Now if I can just get Lauer excited about the vacuum we'll
have it made!
